Cesspool Pumping & Service in Westhampton Beach, NY

What homeowners in Westhampton Beach should know

Westhampton Beach is a village in the Town of Southampton (11978), on the South Shore between Quogue and Hampton Bays. Moriches Bay lies to the north and a barrier beach with the Atlantic Ocean to the south, and the village is a popular summer destination.

Water is never far away here, and the water table is high. A cesspool or septic system close to the bay or the beach has little dry soil beneath it, so a system can fill faster and cope less well with heavy use. Seasonal occupancy is common, and a house that is quiet in winter can have a full house in summer, sending a sudden load into a system built for lighter use.

Homes and businesses in Westhampton Beach can call for pump-outs, repairs, new systems and line cleaning. Phone (631) 383-4797 any time something backs up, and stop using water indoors.

Properties near the bay and the ocean can be subject to waterfront regulations, including Suffolk County Department of Health Services requirements and local village and town rules for replacing or installing a system. Which rules apply to your property is something we explain before planned work starts. You get the price before we start.

Westhampton Beach is a long drive from Bay Shore, so call early for scheduled work and tell us the address and what is happening. We take emergency calls at all hours.

When you call about a job in Westhampton Beach (11978), it helps to tell us the street, whether the property is a house or a business, and what you are seeing, such as slow drains, a backup or a smell. We also work in nearby Quogue and Hampton Bays, so if you are close to the border, ask and we will confirm. You can ask for an estimate online before any planned visit. While you wait, spread out laundry and dishwasher loads, keep people and pets off wet ground over the system and leave the drain cleaner on the shelf.

Not an emergency? Request a free estimate and we will call you back, or phone (631) 383-4797 any time.
